What we are looking for:

TechMD (http://www.techmd.com) is looking for an all-around enjoyable full-time Administrative/Office Assistant to help support our growing Orange County office.  The chosen candidate will have a “can do, always willing to help where needed” attitude, has the ability to stay calm, collected and professional in a fast-paced environment. 

Your daily tasks may include but not be limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to President of the Company (as needed)
  • Provide administrative support to Business Development department (as needed)
  • Coordination (including drop off and pick up) of company vehicle maintenance
  • Coordination of office equipment and building maintenance
  • Office supply inventorying and ordering
  • Pick up/set up of Friday company-wide lunch order
  • General office errands (drop occasional shipments, weekly refrigerator clean out, etc.)
  • Microsoft Outlook calendar scheduling (client and internal company meetings)
  • Other office/administrative duties as required

Who you are: 

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person, on telephone, and in writing
  • Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
  • Must be self-motivated, self-starter
  • Must be able to prioritize assigned tasks
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must be highly discrete and able to maintain at all times the confidentiality of highly sensitive and proprietary records and data
  • Personable with a “can do” attitude
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Don’t mind running errands, etc.
  • Dependable, always on time and sometimes early because you're just cool like that
  • Ability to keep commitments
  • Comfortable working independently, as well in a team
  • Take ownership for your work and your mistakes
  • Honest and responsible with a great work ethic
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test
  • Must have auto insurance and a valid California Driver’s License

Other Details: 

  • Location: Santa Ana (South Coast Metro), CA. 
  • This position is full-time (Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M). 
  • Experience: 1 year office experience required
  • Compensation: Based on level of experience and skill, with benefits available the 1st of the month following your first 60 days.
